Sally Miller HFMeals gives you a list of all the ingredients so that you know that you are getting a winner! The baked flounder, with carrots, jasmine rice, yellow squash and zucchini enhanced the flavors of each other. Next time, I need to order two Baked Flounder meals, and you should, too.
