Frequently Asked Questions

Sundays to homes, and Mondays to offices and select locations (limited area, please reach out to see if we can accommodate you).  We deliver to pick up gyms based on their hours (please refer to our pickup/delivery page)

We ask that all orders be in by Saturday at 12pm for delivery on Sunday. We highly suggest getting your order in earlier in the week as our most popular dishes may sell out before Friday morning!

We send out a delivery window on Saturday, for deliveries on Sunday.  You will get a two hour window and you can live track your order with an estimated delivery window. You will also receive a text message once your meals have been delivered. Our drivers do NOT call you to confirm your delivery. You will receive an automated text once your meals have been left per your instructions.
